Pasta Primavera

Pasta primavera.


1Bring large pot of salted water to a boil over medium-high heat. Drop pasta into boiling water and cook until al dente — 4 to 5 minutes.

2While pasta cooks, melt butter in large skillet and add asparagus and broccolini. Cook until vegetables are tender, but not soft or mushy — 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook one minute more. Season with salt and pepper and set aside.

3Drain pasta well and immediately toss with parmesan, crème fraiche and herbs. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

4Place serving of pasta on plate or in shallow bowl. Top with cooked vegetables. Enjoy!

4 oz. Butter

4 oz. Asparagus

4 oz. Broccolini

2 Garlic cloves

2 Scallions

2 oz. Parmesan, grated

4 oz. Crème fraiche

2 Parsley sprigs, leaves chopped

1 Tarragon sprig, leaves chopped
