Flank Steak Tacos with Radish Slaw

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thinly slice radishes. Mince cilantro. Juice lime. Season both sides of steak with salt and pepper.
2Combine cabbage, radishes, cilantro and lime juice to make slaw. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3Put frying pan over medium-high heat. Add 2 Tbsp. olive or vegetable oil and heat until shimmering. Add steak to hot pan. Cook 3-4 minutes per side, to an internal temperature of 130-135 degrees for medium rare. Let rest for 5 minutes and thinly slice.
4Place tortillas on baking sheet and warm for 5-7 minutes in oven.
5To serve, top tortillas with steak, salsa and slaw.
