Bacon-Goat Cheese Flatbread

Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray.

2Peel onion and slice into thin strips. Halve tomatoes.

3Cook bacon.

4Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add onion strips and cook 10-12 minutes or until light brown.

5Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Brush with 1 tsp. olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top with tomatoes, onion, bacon and goat cheese. Bake until cheese is melted and flatbread is browned, 10-15 minutes.

6Remove from oven. Drizzle with honey and garnish with parsley before serving.
