Crock Pot Squash Spaghetti

1In large skillet, saute ground turkey with onion, garlic, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper until meat is browned.
2Transfer meat mixture to slow cooker and add crushed tomatoes, bay leaf, and oregano. Stir together.
3Using a knife, poke holes all over spaghetti squash- place in slow cooker over sauce. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until skin of squash easily gives when pressed with a spoon.
4Remove squash and let cool. Discard bay leaf.
5Once squash is cooled, cut in half with large knife, discard seeds and scoop out strands with fork. Drain strands in colander or on paper towels to soak up extra moisture.
6Serve sauce over squash and enjoy!
